I gave a brief overview of the situation at Vermont Yankee in part 1 of this post.


To understand more about this issue and its potential impacts, I talked with Peter Bradford, a former NRC commissioner and former chair of the Maine and New York utility commissions, who now teaches at the Vermont Law School. He is also on the UCS Board of Directors.
